We are now accepting craft stall applications for a pitch at our Christmas Fair & Tasting Weekend on Saturday 30th November & Sunday 1st December 2024.
The event will run from 10.00am to 3.00pm each day.
Please read through this information carefully and then fill out the application form if you would like to be considered for a pitch at this event. By
completing the applicaion form you are agreeing to the information below.
We will choose stalls on the basis of quality and trying to ensure we have a good mix of stalls to enhance both stallholder & customer experience.
Our last Christmas Fair & Tasting Day, was prior to Covid in 2019 and was held on a Saturday only. This was very successful with an estimated footfall of
3,000 people.
If you are offered a pitch the following will apply:
- Pitch fees are £30 per day or £50 for the weekend.
- Electric hook up is an additional £10 and must be booked in advance on the application form.
- Stalls must be set up by 9.30am each day.
- No stalls may pack up early and must be open until 3.00pm each day.
- Craft stalls will be inside our greenhouse or poly tunnels with adequate space for a six foot table, you need to supply your own table and chair.
- Stallholders arriving late to set up may be refused entry without a refund.
- Stalls must set themselves up and supply everything they need.
- Vehicles can be parked close to our greenhouse / polytunnels for setting up and clearing away but must then park in the designated car parking for stall
holders.
- Our garden centre trolleys can be used to assist with setting up and clearing away.
- We will do our best to supply electric hook up if you have requested it. But please note this is only for tills, credit card terminals, tablets, mobile
chargers & low wattage stall lighting. Heaters, kettles and oversized lights etc may not be used.
- Our site will be locked and has CCTV so you can leave goods overnight on Saturday 30th November at your own risk.
- Accepted and paid stalls will be listed on our website under the Christmas Fair & Tasting Weekend page and will include a link to your website or social
media.
- A Facebook event will set up and again stall holders will be listed with a link to your website or social media.
- The event will be advertised in various publications and we will also have an advertising banner at our main entrance on the A149.
- If you do not have a website or social media presence we will ask you to provide some photos of your products.
